| The Congressional Award
|
The Congressional Award
is the U.S. Congress' award for young Americans. It is non-partisan, voluntary,
and non-competitive. The program is open to all 14- to 23-year-olds. Participants earn Bronze,
Silver and Gold Congressional Award Certificates and Bronze, Silver and Gold Congressional Award
Medals. Each level involves setting goals in four program areas: Volunteer Public Service, Personal
Development, Physical Fitness, and Expedition/Exploration.

DECAis committed to the advocacy of marketing education and the growth of business and education partnerships. Presidential Classroom and DECA have partnered together to further educate and recognize the future leaders in marketing, management and entrepreneurship. |
| Forum for Young Canadians
|
Each year, The Forum for Young Canadians
brings more than 550 students from across Canada to the nation's
capital to learn first hand how government works. This is a program of the Foundation for the
Study of Processes of Government in Canada, a non-profit, non-partisan agency, incorporated in
1975.

(Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership) mission is to seek out, recognize and develop leadership
potential commencing with high school sophomores.

| National Association of Secondary School Principals |
 In
April 1916, 78 high school principals met to form a new professional
organization, the National Association of Secondary School
Principals (NASSP). Since that time, membership has grown
to approximately 40,000 middle level and high school principals,
assistant principals, and aspiring principals from the United
States and more than 60 other countries. |
