Volunteer Instructors - Application Process Application Process | Status & Accommodations | Qualifications Applications for the Volunteer Instructor positions must be mailed to: Instructor Registration c/o John Croft Applications for the winter sessions must be received by December 7, 2007, and applications for the summer sessions must be received by April 4, 2008. We will consider late applications after initial offers are made. Applicants will be notified of their status on a rolling basis, commencing a month after the above deadlines and no later than four weeks prior to the beginning of the program you have been assigned. Military personnel may apply directly to Presidential Classroom or through their headquarter’s public affairs office.
